The primary pathway for business migration to New Zealand is the Entrepreneur Work Visa and the subsequent Entrepreneur Residence Visa.

Entrepreneur/ Entrepreneur Plus policies:

The main motto of entrepreneur is to attract migrants who can demonstrate that they have been actively participating in business and contributing to New Zealand’s economic development.

Within that nine months, or as soon as you have taken steps to establish your business, you can apply for a further work visa for the balance of three years.
